When reporting an issue on iOS, please include your device model, iOS version, and app version (Settings tab in the app).
Getting Started
- You can start using Artwork Codex without creating an account. Your data stays on your device and syncs to the cloud once you sign up.
- Add your first artwork by tapping the plus button on the Artworks tab and photographing the piece directly from the camera.
- Artworks created on iOS sync with your web account at artworkcodex.com automatically.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- For billing questions or refund requests outside of Apple's policies, contact us at hello@artworkcodex.com.
Account and Data
- You can export all of your data as CSV or ZIP from the Settings tab at any time.
- To delete your account and all associated data, open Settings in the app and tap Delete Account, or email hello@artworkcodex.com.
