Seller terms
Artwork details I will describe the artwork, edition and condition accurately and will tell the buyer about any material change before accepting payment. Price and payment Displayed prices include any tax I must include unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment is agreed directly with me or paid through the payment service shown before you pay. Delivery I will use the delivery method and estimated timing shown before payment. I will contact the buyer if an exceptional delay occurs. Seller responsibility I am the contractual seller. I am responsible for the artwork, fulfilment, refunds, disputes and compliance with the laws that apply to my sale.
Delivery
The exact delivery arrangement is shown or agreed before payment.
Returns and cancellation
Contact me before returning an artwork so I can provide the correct return instructions. Please use suitable protective packaging and retain proof of sending. These practical instructions do not reduce any cancellation, faulty-goods or other rights the buyer has by law.
Your consumer rights
The buyer keeps every consumer right that the applicable law says cannot be excluded or reduced. Where a statutory cancellation period applies, the seller must honour it and provide the legally required refund. Whether an artwork is genuinely made to the buyer's specification depends on the facts and applicable law; being one of a kind does not by itself remove the buyer's rights.

Who handles the sale
Ming Nomchong is the seller. Artwork Codex sends the enquiry; price, payment, delivery and any resulting transaction are agreed directly between buyer and seller.
